It’s that time of year again – time for FLU SHOTS!

In 2010, experts decreed that everyone older than 6 months of age needs to get a flu shot. The flu is a common virus that impacts nearly 20% of Americans each year (according to CDC.) Many people experience different side effects but the flu virus usually brings about nausea, diarrhea, high fever, exhaustion, and soreness.
